SALON DE GOURMET (Spain-Madrid 11/04/2011-14/04/2011)
Objective:
The participation in international food and drink exhibitions is significant. Objective of the activity is the promotion of products to both the target group of professionals including wholesalers, retailers, managers, specialists, etc and also to the consumers. Besides, the participation in important fairs and exhibitions attracts journalists and the Media.
Implementation:
The NAM was represented by Mrs. Dilyana Slavova and by representatives of the producers, specifically the following:
The participation in Salon De Gourmets contained the following:
- A 42 sqm space was rented in Hall 8 Stand 8F48 and the participation was registered in the official exhibitor's catalogue.
- The design of the stand was based on the overall concept of the program and it was built with wooden and aluminum elements and graphics with products, the logo of the program and the emblems of Bulgarian Republic and EU according to the publicity rules.
- 400 kg of products was transported from Bulgaria to Germany for exhibiting and tasting.
- Printed material of the program (16page recipe books,folders,Posters, 8pages information brochure, program CDs ) was distributed to the visitors of the stand.
- A plasma TV with DVD player was put in a central location of the stand and a special information and promo clip was projected daily.
- Two hostes was informing visitors about the program and the products and they were supporting the tasting and exhibitors.
- Two half page advertisement was registered in the official catalogue of Salon De Gourmets.
From 11 to 14 of April more than 150 visitors (importers / traders/ buyers/ distributors / media/TV/Restaurants) from Spain and other countries visited the stand, tasted the products and were informed about the program and its objectives.
